Due to the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) pandemic, the Australian Government has introduced Telehealth Consultations for all Medicare and DVA Card Holders.
Patients are still welcome to attend the clinic, provided they have no respiratory symptoms (cough, fever, shortness of breath, sore throat) and have travelled or been in contact with anyone that has travelled recently.
Please contact our reception staff if you wish to make an appointment or book online.
If you are concerned you have COVID-19 or have had contact with someone with COVID-19, please call the Coronavirus Health Information Line on 1800 020 080.
We would love to hear from you! If you have enquiries or messages, fill out the form or give us a call and we’ll get back to you the soonest.
We take complaints seriously, and endeavour to respond to your query or situation promptly, professionally and in a courteous manner. If you are unhappy with any aspect of your care or our service please speak with our Practice Manager or your Doctor. You can also put your concerns in writing by completing our online feedback form or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
